charming stay near the seine

i stayed in a twin room with a private bathroom it had moroccan tile walls and beautiful murals. the bathroom included a bidet guarded by an african wood carving. there was a peaceful private garden with tables and chairs where i enjoyed a snack.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They readily assisted with directions and restaurant suggestions. i received an upgrade on my room upon arrival, a lovely surprise. they allowed me to check in early at 10:00 and shower.

there wasn't a coffee maker in the room though the surrounding area features many cafés and restaurants. a lovely restaurant and cafe sits about 50 meters from the building! i enjoyed a snack in the peaceful private garden.

The location was excellent, a short walk to many art galleries, bookstores and cafes. i walked to notre dame easily, and many sights are within walking distance. the hotel is on a quieter side street. It was perfect!

The location was great. It was close to many attractions.
I found several issues that impacted my stay. This was quite inconvenient with luggage. The room seemed dusty and had a noticeable odor, like it hadn't been aired out in some time. I found this disappointing.
